At the heart of the kit is Jack Fogarty's Bakehouse Pizza Mix, inspired by my grandfather, Jack Fogarty. A proud Tipperary man with a strong work ethic, a quick wit and a quiet appreciation for doing things properly, Jack believed in care, effort and attention to detail. Those same values continue to influence everything we create at Carrick Foods.

Jack Fogarty's Bakehouse Pizza Mix: Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid, Thiamin), Sea Salt, Skimmed Milk Solids (24%), Lactose (Milk), Whey Powder (Milk), Vegetable Oils (Coconut Oil, Palm Oil), Dried Glucose Syrup, Milk Proteins, Sugar, Durum Wheat (may contain up to 3% Common Wheat), Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), Emulsifiers (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Sorbitan Monostearate), Acidity Regulator (Potassium Phosphates), Flour Treatment Agent (Ascorbic Acid), Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin D.

Mutti Pizza Sauce: Tomato (99.7%), Salt, Basil (0.05%), Oregano (0.04%), Onion (0.03%), Natural Flavouring.
