Inspired by my grandfather Jack Fogarty, this artisan pizza dough mix brings the pleasure of homemade pizza to your kitchen. Crafted by Carrick Foods for dependable results with minimum fuss, it makes a delicious stone-baked-style pizza base at home.

Simply add water and olive oil to the mix, prepare your dough, add your favourite toppings and bake.

273g mix – makes 1 x 12 inch pizza base, or 2 x 6 inch pizza bases.

Ingredients: Strong flour, sugar, salt, polenta, dried yeast and milk powder. Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten) and milk.
